ASC is certified to ISO/TS16949. The company is fully staffed with engineering and quality control departments. ASC meets or exceeds OEM standards. Every product manufactured undergoes on-line performance testing. The ASC in-house product development laboratory includes: Bearing durability testing to meet OEM specifications Life cycle testing for flow rate, performance, and longevity PPAP "Production Part Approval Process" for all new parts prior to production ICAR "Internal Corrective Action Request" and SCAR "Supplier Corrective Action Request" which require our suppliers to submit corrective actions on all deviant material
