The Bluecoats tradition of excellence, teamwork, and dedication was the catalyst that propelled this small, non-profit musical organization for the youth of Canton, Ohio into an internationally renowned musical powerhouse. They achieved that level of excellence due to the commitment from ASC's President and CEO, Ted Swaldo. He has served in positions ranging from Executive Director and Business Manager since 1984. The energy and enthusiasm that Ted radiates for the Bluecoats is the same energy that also has transformed ASC into the internationally respected organization that it is today.
